Pylons and totems are read from hundreds of metres away, so brightness, uniformity and structure matter more than anything else. We build fully welded steel skeletons, hot-dip or epoxy protected, sized against the wind loading of the site before a single panel is cut.
Faces are opal acrylic or translucent flex with edge-lit or direct-lit LED arrays engineered for even brightness with no hot spots. Price changers, service panels and canopy fascias for fuel stations are integrated into the same structure and wiring loom.
Foundations, crane lifting, electrical termination and commissioning are all handled by our own crews.
