Scope typically covers civil and partition work, flooring, false ceilings, lighting and electrical, HVAC coordination, painting, joinery, signage and final styling. Because fixtures, metalwork and signage are made in our own factory, site programmes compress and coordination gaps disappear.
Progress is reported weekly with photographs, and every project closes with an as-built pack and warranty documentation.
