Our commitment
We build with our own machines, our own team and our own quality checks. If something we made fails because of the way we made it, we fix it.
1. Warranty coverage

Warranty starts from the date of delivery or installation completion, whichever is later.
2. What is covered
- Manufacturing and workmanship defects.
- Welding, joint and fixing failures under normal use.
- Premature failure of LED modules, drivers or transformers supplied by us.
- Coating defects such as blistering or flaking not caused by impact.
3. What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents and fading with age.
- Damage from misuse, overloading, unauthorised modification or relocation by others.
- Voltage fluctuation, lightning, water ingress from building leakage, fire or accident.
- Acts of nature — storms, flooding, earthquake.
- Client-supplied materials, hardware or fixtures.
- Consumables such as bulbs, batteries and adhesives.
- Sites where repairs or alterations have been carried out by a third party.
4. How to raise a service request

- 2Send photographs or a short video of the issue and the installed location.
- 3Our team responds with an inspection slot — usually within 48 working hours in Karachi.
- 4In-warranty repairs are carried out free of charge. Out-of-warranty work is quoted before we proceed.
5. Annual maintenance
For retail chains, petrol pumps and multi-outlet brands we offer annual maintenance contracts covering routine inspection, cleaning, LED replacement, re-fixing and repainting across all your locations. Ask us for a maintenance proposal.
6. Spare parts
We stock and re-manufacture spare parts for the fixtures we build, so a damaged panel, shelf, bracket or LED strip can be replaced without changing the whole unit.
