1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sign Technical Services website (signtechs.com.pk) and every quotation, purchase order, work order and delivery carried out by Sign Technical Services ("STS", "we", "us"), a signage, fabrication and furniture manufacturing company based in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan.

By requesting a quotation, placing an order through this website, or issuing a purchase order to us, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Quotations

• Every quotation is prepared against the drawings, sizes, materials and finishes shared with us at that time.
• Unless stated otherwise on the document, quotations remain valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Steel, aluminium, acrylic, LED and imported hardware rates fluctuate, so prices may be revised after that period.
• A quotation is an offer, not a confirmed booking. Production is scheduled only after a written approval and the agreed advance payment are received.
• Any change in size, gauge, material, finish, branding artwork or site condition after approval is treated as a variation and will be quoted separately.

3. Orders and confirmation

• Orders are confirmed by a signed quotation, an approved sample, a purchase order, or a completed online order on this website.
• For custom fabrication we may issue shop drawings or a physical/digital sample for approval. Production begins after your written approval; STS is not responsible for delays caused by pending approvals.
• Online store items shown as "in stock" are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. If an item is unavailable we will offer an alternative, a revised timeline, or a refund of any amount received.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are ex-works our Karachi facility and exclude government taxes, duties, transport, cranage, scaffolding and site electrical work.
• Standard commercial terms are 50% advance with the confirmed order and the balance before dispatch or on installation completion, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
• Applicable withholding and sales taxes are deducted or added as per prevailing law in Pakistan.
• Goods remain the property of Sign Technical Services until payment has been received in full.

5. Timelines

• Delivery timelines given at the time of order are working-day estimates based on our current production load.
• Timelines exclude delays caused by late approvals, late payments, artwork changes, site readiness, third-party contractors, utility shutdowns, import clearance, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Where a project is delivered in phases, each phase is treated separately for invoicing purposes.

6. Client-supplied artwork and materials

• You confirm that any logo, brand mark, artwork or photograph supplied to us may lawfully be reproduced. STS is not liable for third-party intellectual-property claims arising from client-supplied artwork.
• Colours are matched to the specified reference (Pantone, RAL, 3M or sample). Slight variation between printed, painted, powder-coated and illuminated finishes is normal and is not treated as a defect.
• If you supply materials, hardware or fixtures, quality and quantity are your responsibility and no warranty is offered on those items.

7. Site work and installation

• Installation quotations assume a clear, safe and accessible site, with electrical supply available at the fixing point.
• Civil work, false-ceiling cutting, waterproofing, gantry access, lift charges, mall permissions, night-shift charges and NOCs are the client's responsibility unless expressly included.
• Waiting time on site caused by others may be charged at actuals.

8. Intellectual property

Designs, shop drawings, 3D visuals, renders and photographs produced by STS remain our intellectual property. We may display completed work in our portfolio, website and social media unless you have asked us in writing not to.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the specific item or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.

10. Website use

You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially reuse any content, photograph or product description from this website without written permission. We may update site content, product listings and prices at any time without notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
