1. Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan from our production facility in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi — Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta and beyond. National rollouts for retail brands are handled through our own installation teams and vetted transport partners.

Timelines start from the date of confirmed order, approved drawing/artwork and received advance. Large or multi-outlet orders are scheduled and communicated separately.
3. Delivery charges
- Karachi: free delivery on orders above the threshold shown at checkout; otherwise charged at actuals based on load size.
- Outstation: charged at actuals by weight, volume and destination. We share the freight amount before dispatch.
- Bulky items such as sheds, counters and large signage may require a dedicated truck, crane or Shehzore; this is quoted separately.
4. Installation
- Installation in Karachi can be arranged for signage, counters, shelving, sheds and heavy furniture.
- Outstation installation is quoted with travel, stay and site allowances.
- The site must be ready, accessible and safe, with power available at the fixing point. Mall or building permissions, NOCs, lift charges and night-shift access are arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.
5. Receiving your delivery
- Please inspect the packing at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note.
- Report transit damage within 48 hours with photographs so we can process a claim.
- Someone authorised must be present to receive and sign for the goods.
6. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we share the vehicle or courier details on the phone number provided. For project work, our coordinator shares a delivery and installation schedule.
7. Delays
We plan carefully, but delivery may be affected by strikes, weather, road closures, transporter availability, material shortages or events outside our control. We will always inform you as early as possible and agree a revised date.
