Sign Technical Services ("STS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through signtechs.com.pk, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Name, company name, phone number and email address submitted through the enquiry or quotation form.
• Delivery details — address, city and any notes — submitted when you place an order in our online shop.
• Project briefs, drawings, artwork files and site details shared with us over email or WhatsApp.
• Job applications, including your CV and employment history.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate location and pages visited, used only to keep the site working and to understand which products get attention.

We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Payments are handled offline through bank transfer, cheque or cash against invoice.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare quotations and respond to enquiries.
• To process, produce, deliver and install your order.
• To issue invoices and maintain accounting records as required by law.
• To share occasional updates about our capabilities, new products or completed projects — only where you have shown interest, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share information only where it is necessary to complete your work:

• Courier and transport partners, for delivery.
• Installation teams and specialist sub-contractors assigned to your project.

Enquiries and orders are stored in a secured, access-controlled admin system. Access is restricted to authorised STS staff. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Retention

• Enquiries: retained up to 24 months from the last contact.
• Order and invoice records: retained as long as required by tax and company law in Pakistan.
• Job applications: retained up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You may ask us to:

• provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you,
• correct information that is inaccurate,
• delete information we no longer need to keep,
• stop sending you marketing messages.
