Ordering & quotations

How do I get a quotation?
Send your sizes, drawings or reference photos through the enquiry form, or call 0323 2771009. For most items we respond with a costed quotation within 24–48 working hours.

Do I need a drawing to place an order?
No. Share a photo, a sketch or even a reference from another shop. Our design team converts it into a shop drawing for your approval before production.

Can I visit your facility?
Yes. Our 1000 sq. yard production facility in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi is open for client visits. Please call ahead so the right person is available.

Products & customisation

Are the products on the shop page really made by you?
Yes. Every item on the Shop Online page is designed and fabricated in-house — office desks, reception counters, seating, counters and thiya-style display units, retail displays, signage and steel sheds.

Can I change the size, colour or finish?
Almost always. Custom sizes, powder-coat colours, laminate shades, upholstery fabric and branding are available on request. Custom work is quoted separately.

Do you do full retail outlet fit-outs?
Yes. We have delivered complete outlet fabrication and branding for national and international brands including PSO, Nike and Charles & Keith — from front elevation to internal fixtures.

Do you make steel sheds and industrial structures?
Yes — warehouse sheds, canopies, car porches, mezzanines and fabricated steel structures, including site survey, fabrication and installation.

Timelines & delivery

How long does an order take?
Stock items ship in 2–5 working days. Made-to-order furniture takes 7–15 working days. Signage and branded fixtures take 7–21 working days. Large projects are scheduled phase-wise.

Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes, nationwide. Freight is charged at actuals and confirmed before dispatch.

Do you install?
Yes. Installation in Karachi is arranged directly by our team; outstation installation is quoted with travel and stay.

Payment

What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% advance with the confirmed order and the balance before dispatch or on installation completion.

How can I pay?
Bank transfer, cheque or cash against invoice. We do not take card payments on this website.

Do you provide a proper invoice?
Yes, with all applicable taxes, for corporate and government clients.

After sales

What if something breaks?
Raise a service request on 0323 2771009 or Info@signtechs.com.pk. In-warranty manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge — see our Warranty & After-Sales Support page.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, especially for brands with multiple outlets or petrol pumps across the country.
