The 200 ton hydraulic press takes on the heavy end of the workshop: thick plate forming, deep draws, large base plates and structural components for pylon signs, canopy fascias and free-standing totems. Full-stroke hydraulic pressure with controlled dwell means thick material forms cleanly without cracking or springback, and the larger bolster accepts oversized dies that simply will not fit a mechanical press. Everything is pressed to the engineered drawing, so structural elements meet load and wind requirements on site.
