Our CNC fibre laser welding station replaces traditional TIG welding on signage fabrication. A tightly focused laser beam fuses stainless steel and mild steel returns with a narrow, deeply penetrating weld, so heat input stays low and thin sheet does not warp, discolour or ripple. The result is a continuous mirror-bright seam that needs little or no grinding and polishing before finishing — critical for brushed stainless letters, halo-lit backs and premium fascia trims where any grinder mark shows through the final coat. Welding speed is several times faster than TIG, which keeps large brand rollouts on schedule without compromising joint strength.
